Feta Chicken Spinach Wraps

  • Boneless skinless chicken breasts 1/2 cup (8 tbsps)
  • Tuscan Sun Dried Tomato
  • 8 kalamata or greek pitted olives
  • 32 fresh baby spinach leaves
  • .25 cup feta cheese
  • 4 Spinach tortilla wraps
  1. Cook Chicken on stovetop with sun dried tomato dressing
  2. Once chicken is cooked allow to cool then toss with feta
  3. On each spinach wrap put down 8 spinach leaves, chicken feta mix, and 2 olives halved
  4. Wrap up as though you were wrapping a burrito
*Recipe makes 4 wraps, however 1/2 a wrap is usually enough for a serving.
